By clearing event stages, you can obtain Boss Challenge Tickets. By progressing through the event stages, you can enjoy the Gundam SEED Astray story.

You can challenge the boss using tickets obtained from event stages. There are 3 difficulty levels, and the harder the difficulty, the more Gacha Medals you can obtain
Damage Dealt is Carried Over to the Next Attempt

The boss's remaining HP is carried over to the next challenge. Even if you can't defeat it in one go, you can aim to clear it by repeatedly challenging. However, unlocking the skip function requires defeating it in a single challenge.

When you defeat a boss, a Rare Boss may occasionally appear. If you can defeat the Rare Boss, you can obtain more Gacha Medals. The appearance of a Rare Boss has a 1-hour time limit, so when it appears, challenge it before you forget.
Obtain Rewards from Medal Gacha

You can obtain rewards from the Gacha, which you pull using medals obtained in boss battles. Additionally, event-exclusive missions will also be held, so progress through stages and boss battles to acquire rewards.
Create Units Developable in the Event

You can obtain development materials for event units from the Medal Gacha. Event units have bonuses that increase damage and item acquisition rates, so gradually proceed with development to tackle the event efficiently.

In the G Gen Eternal Gundam SEED Astray event, you can obtain a total of 7 types of characters. Many characters can be obtained or scouted by progressing through the event stages. Only Gai Murakumo is discharged from the Medal Gacha.
Medal Gacha

From the Gacha, in addition to event unit development materials and characters, enhancement materials, Gacha tickets, Capital, etc., are also discharged.
Medal Gacha Reset Timing
Until the 5th time, after collecting Gacha Tickets

Up to the 5th time, Premium Gacha Tickets are included in the targets. Securing all of them amounts to a considerable number, 19 pulls, so it is recommended to reset after obtaining all Premium Gacha Tickets in addition to the reset target rewards.
For the 6th time, aim to collect SSR Weapon Enhancement Parts

For the 6th time, 3 of each SSR Weapon Enhancement Part are lined up. These are essential materials for unit weapon enhancement, so it's recommended to collect them as much as possible before resetting. They are not discharged from the 7th time onwards, so there is little need to reset before pulling.
