To win the drinking contest 3 times, Heavy Drinker III is essential. It can be unlocked using SP. Also, before going to the next drinking contest, make sure to sober up.
How to Check Remaining Alcohol in Your System
The number inside the bottle displayed on the left side of the screen indicates the amount of alcohol in your system. When it reaches 0, the bottle disappears. Alcohol wears off over time but using a Drunken Fist EX Action in battle can sober you up quickly.
