Learning Tailing Skills Makes it Easier
Tailing Higashi is easy to lose sight of due to crowds, so it's a good idea to learn tailing skills at this opportunity. 'Lock On' is recommended; the target's surroundings will constantly glow, making them harder to lose.
Any Disguise is Fine
For the disguise when investigating Higashi, anything other than the default 'Leather Style' is OK. Disguise yourself as you like.
Reporting to Kaito
If you choose 'Ask about the stolen 100 million yen,' you can end the conversation. No matter what you choose, no reward will be given, so you can select all options before ending the conversation.

Complete Side Cases Before Meeting Ayabe
Ayabe is not at Tender; you will have to complete jobs requested by the Master until you can get to Ayabe.
Consecutive Battles When Returning to Meet the Client
The battle with the theft group is effectively two consecutive battles: mob fight -> conversation event -> boss fight. Fight the mob battle while conserving your EX gauge. It's reassuring to have health recovery items prepared.

Prepare 100,000 Yen and Return to the Office
You need 100,000 yen to get information from Ayabe. If you have 100,000 yen or less, you cannot advance the story, so clear side cases or earn money at the casino to make money.
Investigating Akahana's Whereabouts

Get Information on Akahana at Shichifuku Park
Talk to the homeless person in the parking lot in the upper right of the MAP to advance the story. There is no reward for talking to everyone, so you don't need to talk to the other homeless people.
VR Sugoroku Unlocked
By completing the event at VR Salon Paradise, VR Sugoroku will be unlocked.
Battle with Higashi
Fight Using Weapons in the Store
You will battle Higashi inside Charles. After clearing out the mobs with a cooperative EX Action with Kaito, it's recommended to attack using weapons found in the store.
Be Careful When Higashi's Health is Below Half
When Higashi's health drops to nearly half, a command input will occur. After the command, Higashi will start using powerful techniques, so use EX Actions to defeat him quickly.
