Gym Leader Notes are rare item used to unlock high Level Caps for Sync Pairs who have already gone under multiple level cap unlock already.

How Do You Get Gym Leader Notes?

Obtainable as Supercourse Rewards

There is a slight chance that the Gym Leader Notes drop in the Training Supercourse reward. Note that you will only be able to challenge the Supercourse 3 times per difficulty.

Supercourse Repeatable With Replay Ticket

The Supercourse can be repeated with a Replay Ticket, purchasable in the store for 100,000 Coins. You may want to consider using this method if you are in a need to get the Gym Leader Note in a hurry.

Rewarded in Multiplayer Battles

You will also have a chance to acquire the Gym Leader Notes by playing in the Multiplayer mode (currently confirmed for Hard Mode and above). Note that the drop chance of the Gym Leader Notes is quite rare, and are not a confirmed drop every time.
