Accumulate Experience With Battles Or Items

There's 2 ways for your Sync Pairs to level up: win battles, or through items. If you want to bring your fresh recruit into battle quicker, use Level-Up Manual on them.

Get Level-Up Manual Through Training Area

Pokemon Masters Training Manual

You can get Level-Up Manuals by winning battles in the Training Area, and get higher grade Level-Up Manuals with harder battles. The Training Area can be found in the "Exploration" Tab.

Power Up By Unlocking Level Caps

There are level caps for each Sync Pairs. By unlocking level caps, you can further grow their stats.

Use Items To Unlock Level Cap

To unlock level caps for each Sync Pairs, you will need certain items such as Tonics. You can get such items mainly through quests, and requirements for each level cap is different.

Your Sync Pairs' unique Sync Moves can also be upgraded through special means. These moves can only be upgraded through getting duplicate copies of Sync Pairs through Sync Pair Scouts.

Use ★Power-Ups items to increase the stats of your Sync Pairs. These stat increase is independent from stats growth of level ups, so save the items for your main team members.

Gain New Stars

★Power-Ups items will grant additional stars to Sync Pairs, further unlocking their level cap. It is possible to grow your Sync Pair stats further by unlocking the level cap this way.
