Speed is Especially Important

The higher your Speed is, the faster you will be able to attack your opponent. Even if stats such as Attack is to par, the Sync Pair with higher Speed will be rated higher in this Tier List.

Has Ability to Buff Teammates

Having the ability to provide buffs to your teammates will make the team more lethal in battle. Sync Pairs with moves that buffs team's Speed or Crit Chance is rated higher in this list.

Has Debuffing Moves

Having moves that can weaken enemy Pairs' stats will also be deemed important. Sync Pairs with moves that can hinder enemy Speed and other Stats will be rated higher.

Considering that there doesnt seem to be any resistances in the game, only weaknesses, than one would have nothing to lose. Basically you would just be boosting mega kick even more with the stab bonus

I'm trying to figure that out as well... does it add both neutral and water damage, or is it just pure water damage?

Should we bother get Water Shift p***ive for her? Wouldn't have a "neutral" attack be a better idea?
