Check The Dead Doctor For Codes
The codes to the hospital safe can be found on the dead doctor in the non-locked sickroom. He is slumped directly next to the door.

How To Solve Hospital Safe Puzzle
Get The Sickroom Key
After exiting the elevator to 4f, go to the room at the end of the hall. The Sickroom Key can be found next to the jars in the back of the room.
Check Out The Non-Locked Sickroom
Go into the first non-locked sickroom. Check the doctor for safe codes and pay attention to where the cart is located in the room, then leave.
Push Cart To The Room Corners To Expose Safe
Enter the locked sickroom, push the cart to the silver panels at the corners of the room. The location should mirror the cart location in the other room, but pay attention that the room are reverse to each other (check the sink position as reference).
Reset Cart Location By Reentering Sickroom
If you got zapped, it means that the placement is wrong. Go out and reenter to reset the cart location to default (there must be a friendly hunter hiding somewhere to facilitate this).
Type In Safe Codes
The safe will be exposed once you completed the puzzle. Enter the codes to get the Vaccine Base, necessary for continuing the story.
