Captain America - Gameplay Style

Captain America uses both hand-to-hand combat and his Vibranium shield against enemies, employing it as both a defensive and offensive tool. He can throw it at enemies and even break their shields if charged, and also use it to block incoming frontal attacks.

Support Heroic: Rally Cry
Enemies will be marked when hit by Captain America's Rally Cry ability. When marked, enemies will receive more damage when attacked by other characters. Attacking tagged enemies will also give health regen to party members.
Assault Heroic: Steamroller

Captain America will throw his shield at an enemy, causing damage and briefly stunning them when hit. The shield hones in on enemies and can ricochet to up to 5 targets.
Ultimate Heroic: Brooklyn Brawler

Captain America will slam his shield into the ground causing a massive shockwave, sending most enemies flying. This will also boost his attack damage, impact, and defense for a short duration.

Captain America - Character Background

In an effort to develop an army of enhanced troops during World War II, a secret initiative of the US government injected Steve Rogers with an experimental Super-Soldier Serum, granting him the peak potential of human strength, endurance, and dexterity. Donning a red, white & blue uniform and armed with a Vibranium shield, Rogers fought the Axis Powers as Captain America, a defender of the innocent, and the Living Legend of World War II. Accidentally frozen in ice at the end of the war, Rogers’ body was recovered and thawed out by the Avengers, who he then joined and eventually led. Following the traumatic events of A-Day, the Avengers are shattered by his shocking sacrifice.
