What Is Glide Time?

Get More Bonus Points Mid-Air

Glide Time

The longer you stay afloat with your glider, the more bonus points you get for performing Glide Time. This is very important especially when you're trying to advance as points are required to acquire the Grand Stars needed to unlock cups and races.

Blue Ramp
Look out for blue ramps. They are the only things that can make you glide.
2Slide Up Or DownSlide up to keep the glider's nose up. Slide down to dive
Dino Balloon
Look for dinosaurs or balloons to increase your glide time.

Use Balloons To Bounce in Daisy Hills T

Balloon Bounce

You can use the balloons found afloat in Daisy Hills T to bounce and give yourself more Glide Time. Becareful not to bump into them or you'll crash.

Use Dinosaur Head in Dino Dino Jungle


The blue dinosaur found in Dino Dino Jungle can also be used like a balloon. Jump on its head and try not to hit the poor dino's face.

Steer Clear Of Obstacles

Slide Up Or Down

Try to estimate where you'll land on a dinosaur or balloon. While landing on them can further extend your glide time, directly bumping into them would cause your glider to crash.

Don't Steer Too Far

Steering too far can cause your glider to drift away, either crashing or going out of bounds. This can cause you to lose precious time and may severely impede your chances of getting the lead in a race.
