What Are Kart CCs?

Game Difficulty

The higher the CC, the more difficult and smarter the AI. On higher CCs, opponents tend to use more items and are more adept at timing the use of their items.

Faster Game

The higher the CC, the faster the game will be. A higher CC has faster karts, meaning faster matches. But it also means that you have less time to react and have less time to correctly steer your kart.

Higher CC = Higher Points

CC Diff

CC's also influence the amount of points you can get from racing. Higher CC races give out more than lower CC ones, helping you clear cups and gain more Grand Stars.
