How Pipes (Gacha) Works
Pay Rubies To Fire The Pipe
Rubies granted as rewards after races and completing quests can be used to "Fire the Pipe". The Pipe (Gacha) fires karts, drivers, and gliders for the player to use in races.

A Star Appears!

Ultra rare items are presented with a star before the item reveal.
Rare Item Drops
Gold Pipe = High Rarity

Gold Pipes guarantee that you'll get an item with rare or higher rarity.
Gold Pipe & Star
Getting these two animations is a sign that you'll be getting an Ultra Rare item.
Normal Item Drops
Green Pipe For Normal & Above

For normal rarity items, the pipe will be the usual green. To fire the pipe, you have to drag it down and release it. The light released by the pipe will then reveal your reward.
