Useful For Farming Resources

The Zombie is the basic enemy of the game. It is weak to most if not all weapons in the game. However, the best way to deal with a zombie is to use it to replenish any of your resources during a fight. Glory kill for health, Flame Belch for armor, and Chainsaw for ammo.

Makes You Immune During Glory Kills & Chainsaws

The Zombies can also serve as a way for you to take a quick breather from fighting strong enemies. You will become immune when performing Glory Kills and Chainsaw kills, allowing you to avoid possible fatal attacks from other enemies!

Moves Slowly

The Zombie does not move quickly, and generally just shamble around the map. Due to their slow speed, and weak attacks, they can be left alone most of the time while you focus on stronger enemies.

Variant: Mecha Zombie

Mecha  Zombie

The Mecha Zombie is a variant of the Zombie, characterized by cannons being attached to its arms. It shares similar characteristics with the normal Zombie, but will also have ranged attacks in its arsenal.

Variant: Cue Ball

Cue Ball

The Cue Ball is a variant of the Zombie. This variant is characterized by its body having several flaming red containers attached to it. It usually just stands around during fights, and will not attack you. Attacking it will cause it to fly towards an area, then explodes upon contact.

Avoid Using Splash Damage Weapons

When facing this variant of the Zombie, it is best to avoid using weapons that cause explosions. Depending on the location of the explosion, the Cueball could come flying straight at you!

Zombie - Attack Patterns & Features

Melee Attacks

Melee Attack

Zombies will only be able to do melee attacks, and only perform this when you get within kissing distance of the enemy. However, these do not do much damage, and can easily be avoided by generally keeping your distance away from these enemies.

Mecha Zombie Only: Ranged Attack

Ranged Attack

The Mecha Zombie is a variant of the Zombie. This variant has a cannon attached to its right arm, allowing it to fire projectiles at you. However, these are easily avoided as the projectiles do not home in on you.

Mecha Zombie Only: Flame Thrower

Flame Thrower Mecha Zombie

With its right hand cannon, the Mecha Zombie fires a stream of flames at you, dealing a decent amount of damage. It does this when you are relatively close enough.
