Gargoyle - Weakness & Tips
Weakness: Heavy Cannon

The Gargoyle is particularly weak to the Heavy Cannon. Despite the Gargoyle being able to zip around the area, the Heavy Cannon's precision will allow you to reliably hit this highly mobile enemy. Equipping the Precision Bolt mod will allow you to hit Gargoyles from a much longer range!

Hitting the Gargoyle with the Heavy Cannon while it is airborne will allow you to stagger it and set it up for a Glory Kill! Try not to get too close to this enemy when it is not staggered as it can deal hard hitting melee attacks!

If there is a Gargoyle in the area, there is bound to be more nearby. Make sure to shoot these down to control the number of Gargoyles in an area. These enemies can become a nuisance later on as their sheer numbers will allow them to harass you while you focus on tougher enemies.

Ranged Attack

The Gargoyle will spit at you, launching acid projectiles in your direction. These can easily be avoided by moving around as the projectiles home in on you. However, since Gargoyles tend to hunt in packs, there may be more than one acid projectile heading your way!
Melee Attack

Getting too close to the Gargoyle will cause it to use the blades on its arms to slash at you. These can deal strong damage against you, so generally it should be noted that you should not approach these enemies except when they're in a staggered state.
