Prowler - Weakness & Tips

Weakness: Ice Bomb

Weakness is Ice Bomb

The Prowler may be agile but a well placed Ice Bomb can keep it frozen in place, allowing you to hit it without any trouble. Just be mindful of your aim and lead your shots to hit this demon.

Use Super Shotgun's Meathooks

Use The Super Shotgun

You can lock the Prowler in place by using the Meathook to pull yourself towards it. Then once you are at a proper distance, destroy it with a single blast.

Prowler - Attack Patterns & Features

Teleport

Teleport

The Prowler will teleport away and jump back to your side or rear. It will use this when it is far away or when it is out of your view. Watch it carefully especially when battling groups of demons as this is one is sure to sneak away to attack you from behind.

Purple Energy Balls

Purple Energy Balls

When at range, the Prowler will hurl fast moving purple energy balls at you. Sidestep or dash to the sides to evade this one. It will also use this when it charges forward for a melee attack.

Melee Attack

Melee Attack

The Prowler's preferred method of attack. It will use it once it gets close to the player, usually after jumping out of a teleport. It can string hits in rapid succession and can be devastating unless you keep your distance.
