1440p, 60 FPS at High Quality Settings. Preferred setting to play in an ideal environment.

CPU- Intel Core i7-6700K or better
- AMD Ryzen 7 1800X or better
RAM- 8GB
GPU- Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 (8GB), RTX 2060 (6GB)
- AMD Radeon RX Vega56 (8GB)
Storage- 50GB

Alternative 1080p GPU Setting Available

Alternatively, the GPUs listed below will be compatible to run 1080p/ 60 FPS / High Quality Settings.

  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (6GB), NVIDIA GeForce 970 (4GB)
  • AMD RX 480 (8GB)

NOTE: On GTX 970 only - Texture Quality set to Medium to run the said performance.

Ultra-Nightmare Specs & Requirement

2160p, 60 FPS, Ultra-Nightmare Settings or 1440p, 120 FPS, Ultra-Nightmare Settings. Required specs to run the game in highest possible setting.

DOOM Eternal's newest game engine: id Tech 7 is designed to push your platform to its limit, without necessarily having to sacrifice the frame rate. This allows for the game to have more particles, vibrant explosions, & more in glorious 60FPS!

Increase Your FPS

Thanks to id Tech 7, the developers have been able to increase the amount of frames the game can put out. More frames will allow you to see more things happening on screen, which is extremely helpful in a fast-paced action game like DOOM!
