Unlock 3 More Difficulty Modes

After reaching level 30, Freelancers will be able to unlock 3 more difficulty modes called "Grandmaster". These modes make the game more challenging but often have better rewards.

Higher Difficulty = Higher Rarity Of Rewards

The higher the difficulty of your game, the better loot you'll receive at the end of every mission. Loots dropped will also have a higher chance of better rarity than in easier modes.

Improve & Upgrade Javelins

At the end-game, players should work hard to improve and upgrade their Javelins. Higher rarity gear will have better stats, allowing you to participate in more challenging quests which often leads to better loot.

Customize Javelins To Match Your Personality

Higher levels of strongholds, missions, contracts, etc. will reward better cosmetic items and personalization materials. This allows you to customize your Javelin to your heart's content!

Beat Daily, Weekly, Monthly Challenges

Challenges will also become available after end-game. Players who complete daily, weekly, and monthly challenges will receive crafting material & coin that they can use for more Javelin upgrades.

Complete Regular & Legendary Contracts

In Anthem, you'll be able to sign contracts. Working like bounties, Freelancers have to fulfill the objective in order to get the contract's reward. These rewards include coin, crafting material, and cosmetic items for Javelin improvement.

You'll occasionally come across legendary contracts that will span several missions. These have far more difficult objectives that will challenge your prowess as a Freelancer.

Challenge & Clear Strongholds

Requiring a team of 4 Freelancers, Strongholds will challenge all you've learned as a Javelin pilot. Facing the toughest monsters in Anthem, you need to work together to clear & complete the dungeon-like area.

Participate In Time-Limited World Events

Called "Cataclysms" in the game, limited time world events will be part of Anthem's end-game content. These events will physically manifest in the game via extreme weather conditions, aggressive monsters, & new puzzles to solve.

Socialize In Guilds & Community Hubs

Though no details have been announced, Anthem will have guilds and social hubs to build the community. Actions and emotes can be used to freely express your personality in the game!

Conquer & Explore In Freeplay

For players who prefer to have their freedom, they can opt to fly, swim, and fight around in Freeplay mode. Everything is at their fingertips and they can freely activate missions they come across in whichever area they've decided to explore.
